Rachel’s been pretty mum on the sex of her baby (get it, mum) – Earlier this afternoon Rachel did her #FF (Follow Fridays), and she did the S Club girls, Jo replied with the following.
Leaving me to believe Rachel is having a baby boy, which is what i was hoping for/expected. It’s pure speculation, but we already have a baby Rachel roaming around (Amelie) Now we need a baby Alex to complete the circle. Only time will tell, Rachel is expected to give birth to her second child sometime this month.
The news has been rather slow as Rachel prepares for Baby Bump to enter the world.
As usual i am busy digging in every corner of the internet attempting to find news worthy information. I stumbled upon it. Years ago, i exclusively revealed the unreleased title “Man Made” to you. It was a track written by Rachel, Richard X, and Hannah Robinson. A couple of weeks ago i was searching through websites trying to find information on the track and i stumbled upon a Richard X track entitled “Man Made” written with Juliet Stephenson.
I e-mailed Richard X with questions regarding the track and i got a wee bit more of information. In the original emails Richard expressed that ‘Man Made’ was never finished or recorded due to time restraints and the fact the album was already complete (In March of 2005). I asked him about the aforementioned track with Juliet Stephenson and found out that the song actually has an alternate title of “Girl Man Made”.
Doesn’t the alternate title make you wonder all that much more. A demo version of this song was implied to exist, possibly with vocals from Hannah Robinson.
Here’s a very random article from Now Magazine about how Rachel’s pregnancy craving have been hamburgers.
Rachel Stevens has had some steamy encounters during her pregnancy – with burgers. The former S Club 7 star, who is expecting her second child with husband Alex Bourne, is finding the meaty treats pretty orgasmic. ‘I’ve had some of the best burgers of my life [while pregnant],’ says Rachel, 35. Hubby Alex, 36, adds: ‘She had one last week and it was like she was having sex – a real When Harry Met Sally moment.
‘I felt like a spare part!’ Rachel admits: ‘I just didn’t care. ‘I couldn’t eat meat at the start and I never normally eat a burger and chips, but now I’m getting through a lot.’ Rachel – who is already a mum to 3-year-old Amelie – isn’t drinking alcohol during her pregnancy but does sometimes fancy a tiny drop.
‘I’ll have a sip of Alex’s wine,’ the singer says. ‘I drink more wine when I’m pregnant – sensibly though!’
Again, extremely random!
Last week Rachel appeared on Celeb Hunter, and we’ve finally got the video. Charlotte (Her manager) seemed a bit surprised when asked. The entire situation is hilarious. Watch below!
Very special thanks for Lorna from Robsten Daily for capturing the video!
Rachel is scheduled to appear on Channel 4′s Celeb Hunters tonight! It would seem as if this was filmed back in October when Rachel was at the Wedding Dress exhibit show, but i could be wrong. Be sure and tune in tonight and catch Rachel!! Hopefully we get a video of it.
On Channel 4 tonight at 10pm I’ll be interviewed on Chris Stark’s Celeb Hunter show.
Chris puts together his own mobile chat show armed only with his dad’s camping chairs. He and his mates have gone to the pub and put together their ultimate list of famous faces, including Elton John, Derek Akorah, Verne Troyer, Ricky Hatton, Johnny Knoxville and Carol Vorderman.
He’s out to prove that celebrities are normal people and if you talk to them like you’re having a pint down your local they really are just normal people.
Eventually through persistence, a lot of loitering and crashing a wedding show (to find me!) – we catch up!
Rachel is featured in a brand new magazine spread in OK. The interview speaks of Baby Bump, Amelie, and an S Club reunion among other exciting topics, Read the excerpt from the website below, or click the picture above to proceed to the magazine scans!
She’s currently expecting her second child with husband Alex Bourne – and with the birth-date looming, Rachel Stevens was spotted stocking up on some last minute essentials. The former S Club 7 star’s baby bump was hard to miss beneath her thick winter jacket as she called into a London branch of Mothercare on Monday. Rachel, who announced her second pregnancy in September, was assisted by a dutiful member of staff following what appeared to be a heavy spending spree.
Indeed, the 35-year-old singer looked on as the Mothercare employee pulled bags from her overflowing trolley and loaded them into the back of her car. With so many bags and so little space, he looked rather puzzled while casting a thoughtful eye over the several remaining bags and the limited room he had to store them. Standing by his side, heavily pregnant Rachel looked casual, with a pair of black jeans and conventional ankle-boots rounding off her outfit.
Given her low-key outing the accessories were kept to a minimum, with the large leather handbag that hung from her right arm the only visible addition to a very relaxed ensemble. Rachel married her husband Alex Bourne in a romantic ceremony at London’s Claridges’ Hotel in August 2009, and the star made no secret of the fact that the couple were keen to become parents. The couple already have a two-year-old daughter Amelie, who is said to be excited at the prospect of having a new brother or sister.
The family are is set to welcome her new arrival into the world in early 2014. Announcing the happy news in September, Rachel tweeted: ‘Alex and I are so happy to find out that we are pregnant again and can’t wait to meet our new little member of the family early next year. ‘Needless to say, we’re all super excited, especially Amelie who is looking forward to meeting her new little brother or sister.’
Special thanks to our dear friend Lorna for the scans!
Earlier today, the beautifully pregnant Rachel Stevens was spotted leaving Mothercare in London. The former songstress whom is heavily pregnant had the help of store assistance, whom was having trouble finding room in Rachel’s car. These are the very first candids of 2014, and I am so excited to meet baby bump!

Mentoring on X-Factor NZ
Rachel shocked us all, when she was flown out to New Zealand to mentor along side Melanie Blatt on The X-Factor. Rachel has been a long supporter of the show and often follows progress on the UK Version. Rachel was honored to be invited out, and gladly accepted. Rachel gave kind feedback to performers. The truth of the matter is, Next gave us the greatest gift any Rachel fan could hope or dream of. In January Rachel hit the ‘Next’ stage to launch the season and performed a live rendition of her first single “Sweet Dreams My L.A. Ex”. Rachel went on to say “I sang LA Ex live for the first time in years and I was so nervous beforehand. But in the end it was just like riding a bike – you don’t do it for so long but it comes back to you immediately. “Singing and performing is my first love and it has definitely made me want to get back out there again.”!
