2016 – A Year In Review

We’ve had some troubling times in 2016, but that didn’t stop our favorite scarlet from ‘doing her thing’ so to say. 2016 started off with what seemed like a promising year, but turned out to be one of the most quiet we’ve had since 2007.

We’re here to take a look back on all things Rachel in 2016!

January We started off the year with Rachel appearing in a ITV2 special saying goodbye to FHM, You can see Rachel’s bits of the show by clicking here. From there we saw the debut of the fifth season of The Voice of Ireland which Rachel coached along side Una Healy, Bressie, and Kian Egan that ran on RTE. January also saw Rachel’s first Magazine spread with Essentials Magazine (You can see the behind the scenes video, read the interview and see scans of the magazine by clicking here!)

February The Voice of Ireland continued to air brand new prerecorded audition videos and Rachel did a lot of radio promo for this and even took the time to speak exclusively with us (You can read her exclusive interview with us by clicking here).

March Pre-recorded episode of The Voice of Ireland continued to air on RTE, and radio interviews continue. Rachel also appeared in her second magazine cover for Ireland’s “You” Magazine (click here for scans).

April The Voice of Ireland draws to an end and Rachel began doing press in Ireland starting off with an interesting interview on Ray D’Arcy Show. This would be the last season for the popular RTE show.

May Rachel was named the Style Ambassador for “The Dubai Duty Free Irish Derby” and we got loads of LOVELY pictures from this (click here and here)

June This month Rachel parted way with long time management Charlotte and Monsta and moved to Cole Kitchenn whom is home to former band mate Hannah Spearritt.

July saw Rachel once again judging Junior Design Awards and being one of the only people to participate in a mud run without actually getting muddy!

August Rachel was announced as the face of Bassett Vitamins and made several radio appearances.

September Rachel vacationed in Portugal.

October Rachel began doing Strictly Come Dancing blogs which launched rumors that Rachel may be a judge on the Irish adaption of the show (which turned out to not be true).

November Rachel continued Strictly blogs.

December Rachel began (and ended) the month by visiting with Santa and going to The British Takeaway Awards.

As you can tell 2016 was an exciting time for Rachel, and we got a lot of great memories from 2016, from RachelStevens.com we wish each and every one of you a very prosperous and happy 2017!

We’ll see you all next year!
