Rachel was represented by Simon Fuller, creator and founder of 19 Entertainment from 1999-2006. Simon backed Rachel through-out her time in S Club 7, and well through-out her solo career. After Rachel’s second album flopped, it apparently caused a drift between the partners. Rachel was then sent on a small string of university tours to make up the difference for the costs to commission the album. Much like her management following Rachel after she went solo. Polydor records also backed Rachel. No official statement was ever released by any parties as to why Rachel is no longer represented by them.

From 2007 to mid-2010 Rachel was represented by Monsta and Finch & Partners, but for unknown reasons Rachel parted ways with them. There was a brief period of time in 2010 where Rachel was not represented by any management of talent agency. Shortly after announcing her pregnancy, Rachel signed with Insanity Talent Agency.
Through-out the majority of her career, Rachel’s publicist has been Liz Mathews!
