Once again, Rachel & Alex were spotted today walking in Mayfair. This is possibly Rachel and Alex on their way to meet up with Monsta Management (As Rachel tweeted she had an exciting meeting with!!). These pictures will be a little more difficult for me to get but i’ll do my best! Here’s the article!
She has recently announced the happy news that she is expecting her second child. And Rachel Stevens displayed her first hint of a baby bump as she enjoyed a stroll in London’s Mayfair on Monday with her actor husband Alex Bourne. The 35-year-old singer looked radiant wearing a casual monochrome casual outfit of a striped T-shirt, black trousers and black flats.
She wore her highlighted blonde hair loose and also sported a light tan. The former S Club 7 star is set to welcome her new baby into the world in early 2014.
Announcing the happy news via her official website last week, Rachel said: ‘I’ve got some very exciting news to share with you today… ‘Alex and I are so happy to find out that we are pregnant again and can’t wait to meet our new little member of the family early next year. ‘Needless to say, we’re all super excited, especially Amelie who is looking forward to meeting her new little brother or sister.’
Rachel and Alex tied the knot in a romantic ceremony at London’s Claridges’ Hotel in August 2009, and the star made no secret of the fact that the couple were keen to become parents. Before welcoming Amelie into the world in November 2010, she said: ‘We’d absolutely love to have children. I think having children is the most amazing thing. I don’t think I can tell what kind of mum I’d be until I go through it. It’s such a life-changing thing. Since becoming a mother, the former Strictly Come Dancing star explained she has come to realise that no matter how hard she works, not everything in life is always going to be perfect.
Earlier this year, she said in an interview with the MailOnline: ‘The first three months of having a newborn baby was a complete shock to the system. ‘I’m a bit of a control freak but suddenly I had no idea what I was doing. I remember having an absolute meltdown when Amelie had been crying all day. ‘Taking time out for motherhood has shown me a lot about how life isn’t about being perfect. It’s about being yourself.’ The couple have already been inundated with well-wishes from Rachel’s celebrity chums, with Kimberley Walsh leading the way, tweeting: ‘@MsRachelStevens yay! So happy for you both. Congratulations!’
Rachel, Amelie, and Hubby Alex (Whom recently rejoined Twitter), were spotted out doing a bit of shopping on September 21, I’ve added some MQ Tagged pictures, they will be replaced within the next day or so, but for now enjoy!
She only recently announced her pregnancy, but Rachel Stevens has already started nesting. The 35 year-old singer was spotted shopping in North London’s Hampstead with her husband, Alex Bourne, and their daughter, Amelie. Wearing an all-black outfit to minimise her baby bump, the former S Club 7 performer looked chic and sensible – with just a white collar to add contrast. She teamed the look with flat shoes and nude make-up.
Unfortunately, it wasn’t the perfect family outing – the singer was slapped with an expensive parking ticket for violating Hampstead’s strict regulations. But, for the most part, the star took it in her stride…clearly being too busy focusing on her future arrival.
The young family will welcome their new arrival in early 2014 and admit they ‘can’t wait’. Amelie, who is just three years old, is said to be particularly excited about becoming a big sister for the first time.
Rachel announced the news via social networking sites and quickly received congratulations from a number of celebrity friends, including Kimberley Walsh who tweeted: ‘@MsRachelStevens yay! So happy for you both. Congratulations!’
The former S Club 7 singer accompanied the delighted post with an adorable snap of the family’s trainers lined up in a row alongside their years of birth, with a special space at the end for their new arrival next year.
This time around she appreciates that she’ll be better prepared. Earlier this year she said in an interview with the Mail: ‘The first three months of having a newborn baby was a complete shock to the system.
‘I’m a bit of a control freak but suddenly I had no idea what I was doing. I remember having an absolute meltdown when Amelie had been crying all day.
‘I think all mums go through that. All you hear about motherhood is how amazing it is – and it is amazing – but no one tells you how hard it is. It’s so overwhelming.’

Former Strictly Come Dancing star and S Club 7 singer, Rachel Stevens (35), and her husband Alex Bourne (36) today announced that they are expecting their second child.
The announcement was made via Rachel’s official website where the couple, who married four years ago and have a daughter, Amelie, posted an image of their family’s birth years chalked underneath their shoes which included the addition of a fourth member.
In a joint statement, Rachel and Alex said; “We’re so happy to find out that we are pregnant again and can’t wait to meet our new little member of the family early next year. Needless to say, we’re all super excited, especially Amelie who is looking forward to meeting her younger brother or sister.
Here’s a random Interview from Express with Rachel describing a typical weekend.
Singer Rachel Stevens topped the charts with hits such as Don’t Stop Movin’ and Reach as part of pop group S Club 7.
She later found success as a solo artist, with the single Sweet Dreams My LA Ex reaching number two in the charts. In 2008 she finished in second place on Strictly Come Dancing. Rachel, 35, lives in north London with her husband Alex, 36, and two-year-old daughter, Amelie.
“On a Friday night, Alex and I tend to stay in after Amelie has gone to bed at 7pm and just chill out. if we are lucky, one of Amelie’s grannies will take her for an overnight stay, so we can go out to dinner or see friends and have a lie-in the next day. Both our families live close by which is handy.
“Saturday is very much ‘entertain Amelie day’. We will either go to parties with her friends, or take her to Hampstead heath for a walk or to a park to play. in the afternoon when she is napping, I may catch up with my reading, or online shopping, which is always dangerous! I’m interested in moving into fashion design, so I love keeping up with trends and studying magazines for the latest must-haves.
“On Saturday night we may stay in – alex is the cook and I help him with the preparation. we are both foodies and love trying out new restaurants, so if we have the chance we will go out for dinner. Benares in mayfair is very good.
“On Sunday morning we tend to go out to brunch and either meet friends at a cafe near Hampstead or just hang out with Amelie. in the afternoon, we regularly have Sunday tea parties for the family.
“In the evening, I like to just relax with a box set, such as Breaking Bad, or a movie.”

Rachel recently went on a vacation to Algarve, In a recent interview with Daily Mail Rachel spoke of her travels with Amelie, trips to New Zealand, Russia, L.A. and many other cool interesting stories.
Once upon a time, in a different chapter of my life, I used to fly around the world as a member of the pop group S Club, dashing off to Los Angeles or playing in big cities all across the world. But since my daughter Amelie came along two-and-a-half years ago, travelling has become a slower process.
Everything, now, seems to revolve around preparation.
I have always liked to pack a lot when I go away, but with a toddler, there is so much more to think about. You have to consider food choices and the amount of time that will be spent on a plane – and then think about options that will keep your child entertained for the duration of the journey. However, I’m still keen to go away on holiday. Last year, my husband Alex and I took Amelie on her first overseas adventure – a trip to Halkidiki in Greece. It was a gorgeous week, and Amelie seemed to cope pretty well with the odd experience of being up in the air. So, as summer 2013 finally started to appear, we began dreaming of our next escape.
Portugal seemed a good choice. It is only two hours away by plane, it is in the same time zone as the UK – and we knew the weather would be reliable. I had also, despite my previous globe-trotting, never been to the country – and I wanted to see what it offers. A friend had mentioned the Conrad Algarve – a luxury property that opened in May, and sits neatly between Albufeira and Faro towards the southern edge of Portugal. They suggested it as a hotel with a good balance – a comfortable place to stay for children and young families, but also a really stylish retreat. Ideal for mums needing a little glamour!
So we armed ourselves with everything we could imagine – snacks, books and toys. We downloaded a million episodes of Peppa Pig onto the iPad, scooped up Amelie, and headed for the airport.
A couple of hours later, we landed in Faro, and were met on touch-down for the swift transfer to the resort. Before I knew it, we were checking in. My first impression was that everything was very new, and beautifully arranged. We had a pair of interconnecting rooms – one for me and Alex, another for Amelie – so space was never going to be an issue. It was like an apartment. Amelie even had her own bathroom – she was pretty kitted out for a two-year-old. I recall standing on the balcony, looking out over the swimming pool, and thinking that it was going to be a great week. Read More…
