Here goes a new press release pertaining to a upcoming gala. Rachel is listed as a Radio or TV Personality!

Grammy Award nominated British music star Jamie Cullum will take to the stage as the Headline Act for Battersea Dogs & Cats Home’s annual star-studded charity extravaganza, the Collars & Coats Gala Ball 2012, taking place on Thursday, 8 November 2012 at Battersea Evolution in Battersea Park, London. The UK’s most successful jazz artist joins other A-list names pledging their support for one of the UK’s most loved animal welfare charities. After scrubbing kennels, bottle feeding puppies and bathing his favourite Boxer Carmine during filming for the hit ITV1 series ‘Paul O’ Grady: For The Love Of Dogs’, presenter Paul O’ Grady MBE will crown his year at Battersea by joining Battersea supporter Amanda Holden to host the glittering event in a celebration of the charity’s work.

Other high profile attendees include Battersea Ambassador and international supermodel David Gandy, Dame Jacqueline Wilson, Team GB medallists Greg Rutherford and Rebecca Adlington OBE, Gabby and Kenny Logan, Gary and Danielle Lineker, designers Julien Macdonald, Giles Deacon, Jeremy Hackett and Zandra Rhodes, stylists Brix Smith-Start and Nicky Clarke and TV and radio personalities Esther Rantzen, Cilla Black, Joanna Page, James Thornton, Cheska Hull, Ollie Locke, Neil Fox, Paul Ross, Amanda Mealing, Rachel Stevens and Shauna Lowry.

The Collars & Coats Gala Ball is an event like no other featuring a legendary red carpet welcome from dozens of Battersea dogs in a unique Guard of Honour, and this year’s evening celebrates a very special ‘Best of British’ theme. The event raises vital funds to ensure that Battersea’s important work in rescuing and rehoming unwanted and abandoned dogs and cats continues. The Ball will feature an exclusive champagne reception and gourmet banquet. During the event guests will also have the opportunity to bid in an exclusive money-can’t-buy auction with an array of luxury, bespoke gifts donated by leading UK and international brands as well as the Home’s supporters.
