The aspiration of any fansite is to actually reach out to the artist. Over the past twelve years, I have followed Rachel’s career down to the last detail. I’ve contacted producers, song writers, managers, label executives and in 2005 around the time of the release of Rachel’s second album, I got an interesting email from 19, who informed me that Rachel appreciated all my work on the website and sent me an autographed cover of her Come and Get It, To this day Rachel’s autograph is presented in a album presentation of S Club 7′s second album ’7′, Its one of the first things i’d grab in a fire!!

Further more, in November 2010 Rachel personally thanked me, and the website for all our support via her official twitter!

And in August of 2011, I tweeted her to ask if her vocals were featured in Duncan James’ cover of ‘Greatest Love of All, in which she is featured in the music video. She said the following in September of 2011.
