Dancing on Ice (2022)
Rachel appeared in series 14 of the popular ITV television series ‘Dancing on Ice’. Rachel was partnered with professional skater Brendyn Hatfield.
Rachel injured herself during training in December of 2021 and was unable to begin performing until the third week of production.
Rachel performed on two episodes (30 January 2022 and 06 February 2022) before being eliminated.
Celebrity Masterchef (2017)
20 Celebrities compete to win the title of ‘Celebrity Masterchef’.
Rachel competes in wave two along side Olympic gold medallist Becky Adlington, actor Tyger Drew-Honey, performer and radio presenter Debbie McGee and Radio 1 DJ Dev Griffin.
She is ultimately vote out just prior to the semi-finale. You can read up on Rachel’s time on the show.
The Voice of Ireland (2015-2016)
The Voice of Ireland is singing competition that aired on RTE. The show is based off of the worldwide ‘The Voice’ franchise!
Rachel joined Kian Egan, Bressie and Una Healy as a coach in 2015 for the fourth season and returned for the fifth season in 2015.
The show was ultimately cancelled after the fifth season in favor of ‘Dancing With The Stars’.
Strictly Come Dancing (2008)
‘Strictly Come Dancing’ is a BBC dance competition featuring celebrities with professional dance partners competing in a Ballroom and Latin dance competition. The show is similar to ‘Dancing With The Stars’. Rachel was paired with Vincent Simone and competed in a variety of dances including the Foxtrot and Rumba.
Rachel placed second in competition behind Tom Chambers.
In addition to the televised series, Rachel has appeared on the ‘Strictly Come Dancing Live!’ tour in 2009 and 2015.
Rachel has also appeared on ‘Strictly Come Dancing Christmas’ in 2008, 2009, and 2014.
Seeing Double (2003)
‘Seeing Double’ is the debut film from pop band S Club. Directed by Nigel Dick the films sounds track of the same name was released in 2002.
Following ‘Viva S Club’ S Club continue promotion on ‘The Big Tour’ which leads to complaints to their manager about how tired they from the demanding life on the road, they wake up to find that the tour has moved on without them. When they discover that an evil scientist has been cloning pop stars including all six members of S Club!
Viva S Club (2002)
‘Viva S Club’ follow the trials and tribulations of S Club after proving to be successful in the United States. The band is moved to Barcelona (Spain) to write and record their second album.
The series primarily depicts the daily activities whilst creating a new album and owning a successful night club (Called ‘Club S Club’). The show depicts real life events of Paul leaving the band.
The show aired simultaneously on CBBC (UK) and ABC Family (USA).
Hollywood 7 (2001)
“Hollywood 7” begins where “LA 7” left off, S Club still on the fence with their fame. After meeting manager (Barry Williams), things start to look up for the band, and they even have fans roaming the streets.
Between LA 7 and Hollywood 7, two television specials were filmed titled ‘Christmas Special’ and ‘Artistic Differences’.
The show aired on CBBC in the UK and in the US aired on the newly launched ABC Family (renamed from Fox Family)
Go! Wild (2000)
Go Wild is a documentary special aired in both UK and US and sees two band members traveling to different parts of the world to help raise awareness of the threats facing wildlife around the world.
The show is affiliated with World Wild Fund for Nature (WWF).
L.A. 7 (2000)
LA 7 is the second series in the S Club franchise. It follows the band from Miami to LA.
The road to L.A. included the television specials ‘Back To The 50’s’ and ‘Boyfriends and Birthdays’.
Once in L.A. the band begin their search for fame and fortune all with the help of their landlord the band struggle to find the success they are seeking. The show aired on CBBC (UK) and Fox Family (US).
Miami 7 (1999)
Miami 7 is the debut television series from S Club 7. The show shows a struggling band with no support from their manager.
The manager sends them to what they believe to be luxerious but proves to be false hope. The band is forced into hotel works occasionally moonlighting as performers.
The show aired on CBBC (UK) and Fox Family (US) and 120 countries around the world.
Comic Relief's Eurovision Auditions (2023)
In 2023, six members of S Club 7 appeared in a sketch for Comic Relief. Titled “Graham Norton Judges Star Studded Eurovision Auditions”.
X-Factor New Zealand (2013)
‘The X-Factor New Zealand’ is a TV3 singing competition based off of the Simon Fuller franchise ‘X-Factor’. Rachel joined former All Saints member Melanie Blatt as a celebrity guest judge during judges houses in 2013.
Glendogie Bogie (2008)
Glendogie Bogey is a stop motion animated short film created by BBC Scotland shown on BBC One Scotland in 2008.
When Jeff’s girlfriend Patricia is kidnapped by a monster called The Bogey, he and Thurston go to the caves underneath Glendogie golf course to rescue her.
Deuce Bigalow: European Gigolo (2005)
Deuce Bigalow who visits his former pimp T.J. (Eddie Griffin) in Amsterdam, and then finds himself looking for a murderer who is killing the greatest “man-whores” of Europe.
Rachel plays a cameo role as ‘Louisa (Dirty Girl)’ in the film. Her song “I Said Never Again (But Here We Are)” is also played in the credits of the film.
Spider Planet Man (2005)
Spider-Plant Man is a British parody short film which parodies the Spider-Man 2002 film adaptation, made for the Comic Relief.
Suzie Gold (2004)
The film is about a Jewish woman living in London with a sister who is about to marry a young Jewish man. Breaking with the ideas of her traditionally orthodox family, Suzie falls in love with Darren, who happens not to be Jewish. She fears introducing him to her family because of their opposition to marrying outside of one’s faith.
Rachel appears in a cameo role as ‘Pop Star’.
