In an absolutely adorable new video for DFS, Rachel Stevens and her family including her husband Alex Bourne (who recently launched London House) and their two daughters Amelie and Minnie take part in the Arm Race Challenge which consists of different challenges that you can do around your house!

Speaking to Daily Mail Rachel stated: “I’m a really quite competitive person, but for this we just wanted to have fun,” Rachel says. “It’s not often that I work with my family so having Alex and the girls there was so lovely and the girls were so excited. It was more about us being together as a family, gearing each other up and actually being part of a team against these amazing athletes.”

In the remote challenge, Rachel takes on members of the #TeamGreatBritain that will go to the summer Olympics in Tokyo this summer “I will definitely be watching. It’s an amazing thing for people to look forward to and get involved with. The athletes are such inspiring people, what they achieve and what they do for our country and other countries around the world, it’s an amazing thing.”

Do you want to get in on the action and take on DFS Ambassadors Max Whitlock, Adam Peaty, Vicky Holland and Jazmin Sawyers, in your own Armchair Athlete games this summer? Head over to Daily Mail to find out more about the games, then when you’re at your peak performance ask someone to film your best attempts and share your video using #ArmchairAthlete to Instagram, Twitter or Facebook and you’ll be entered into a prize draw with the chance of winning £5,000!
